We’ve all been guilty of finding something – anything – to blame for stopping us from training.
Well, Fitness Angels might just have found the solution.
It’s a simple concept – they offer 1-2-1 personal training session over the web.
Via a webcam on your laptop, tablet or mobile phone, their personal trainers are beamed straight into your living room – or just about anywhere else you can get a decent wifi signal – so you don’t even have to walk out the door to workout.
Think of it as a workout DVD that can talk back!!
Now, I know the market seems saturated with protein powders, but that doesn’t mean that they are any good.
So, when I see a new one being released I’m always interested in giving it a go*, especially if it means I can report back to you about what I think of it.
Recently Bodylab, who produce health and fitness supplements specifically designed for women, teamed up with singer/actress Jennifer Lopez to release a new range for sale in Superdrug.
And among the products was a protein shake, so, here are my thoughts…

Vitamin B is great for maintaining energy levels and helping the body fight off fatigue, meanwhile Vitamin D will help keep your immune system healthy while your body is being dragged through its paces in the gym!

I’m in the gym five to six times a week and, in all honesty, well, sometimes I feel like I get stuck in a rut, doing the same exercises out of habit.
So, when I was offered the chance to try a Speedflex class, I was instantly curious.
